The Murksweats

The Murksweats is a quest for level 15-35 in Krasarang Wilds. It is step 30 of 59 in the Krasarang Wilds storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Krasarang Wilds at 40.5, 34.6. It rewards 4,800 experience and money.

Description

Take a good look. The river nearby is swarming with these snakes. Their venom causes a condition the locals call "the murksweats."

Several refugees were bitten as they fled the temple and have already begun to show symptoms: nausea, vomiting, and intense sweating as the body rejects all fluids, causing dehydration and potentially death.

We are administering anti-venom as quickly as possible, but we'll need more venom glands. Don't bother removing the glands yourself - just bring back the whole head.

One of those quests where apparently while they able to bite you they dont have heads, they also drop fangs, which appreantly arent part of a head. Killed around about 25 of these for the 6 heads, sad really blizzard still adopts farming quests like these.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

As we say at the temple: "Never fight a tiger with a hozen on your back." We will deal with the sha, but first we must see to the more immediate... nuisance.

After this quest

  • Blinding the RiverbladesKrasarang Wilds · Level 15-35

"A hooded falcon catches no quarry." This is one of the first mantras we teach young monks at the temple. It means that even a foe as swift and lethal as a falcon can be neutralized by depriving its senses. The saurok have scouts all over the region acting as eyes for their raiding parties.
