The Mogu's Message is a quest for level 30-35 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 2,400 experience and money.
The battle against the mogu rages fiercely with neither side giving quarter.
We cannot hold our position forever. Something must be done to strike a blow at the mogu, a blow from which they cannot recover.
Go check in with Zhi the Harmonious at The Silent Sanctuary. I wish to hear his thoughts on this matter.

Final [faction=1269] quest chain upon reaching exalted (you may have to wait for dailies for the NPCs to offer you this chain):
I was able to get this quest even after I did all my dailies. I found Leven Dawnblade at Setting Sun Garrison which was the last quest hub for that day. I'm not certain if he only shows up to the last hub or just there after all dailies are done. If you have done all your dailies yourself and reach exalted, you can try to find him that way.
Took me a while to find Zhi the harmonious but finally found him at mistfall village. Cords are 40.2 77.2, Hope that helps those like me who had a hard time finding him :)
