What to do
Description
"A hooded falcon catches no quarry." This is one of the first mantras we teach young monks at the temple. It means that even a foe as swift and lethal as a falcon can be neutralized by depriving its senses. The saurok have scouts all over the region acting as eyes for their raiding parties. It's time we put their eyes out, don't you think?
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Murksweats
Take a good look. The river nearby is swarming with these snakes.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Tread Lightly
My students tell me the surrounding area is littered with deadly traps, no doubt set by the saurok. Stumbling into one gets you a face full of spikes. As the saying goes: "The Way is rife with danger - tread lightly, and with scrutiny." <Koro hands you a long tree branch.> Here, this is scrutiny.
