TheWoWDBEntrance is at 57.8, 72.9 to get up to the roofs. You will fight about 3 worgen to get up there. Go across the bridge then make a right. You will find your quest giver. Once you accept the quest be prepared, you will face waves of worgen. They die easily enough but a few waves will hit you. Good Luck!
