The Road to Kun-Lai

If you have recently transfered factions and already done some quests in Kun-Lai or have opened the vale. You will find [npc=63367] in Binan Village by the docks instead of at the top of the stairs.

For those those who may have not finished this quest immediately and gotten lost, the entrance to the stairs is at 70.2, 23.2
