What to do: down the stairs to the bottom floor. Make sure to avoid ghouls. They will die when they touch your Shining Light buff. It's better to avoid them then take damage. They also daze you if your not careful. You have 10 minutes to get down and back up.

Head back toward the T intersection and go straight, head down both flights of stairs then go through the water.
A little help for those not paying too much attention (like me)...
Don't be fooled when you activate the sword and the quest text turns from grey to green (signaling a complete quest). After you get the sword, the timer disappears but it is still active. You need to run back to the quest giver (corpse of Ares) and turn it in before the now invisible timer hits 10 minutes. Otherwise, the quest fails and you need to repeat it.
