TheWoWDBIF WQ IS NOT COMPLETING FOR YOU?
WQ WILL BE ACTIVATED if you are there present when dragon spawns, so just wait for a group to kill it and then stay there waiting for the new spawn.
It's not because you didnt help during the fight or because you died or you don't need keep runing around trying to find the rigth spot to force WQ to pop, it is just not being activated when you enter in the zone if the dragon is alrdy there, that's the reason why some people says "I got the credit in the second kill".
Silly right? but that's what worked for me and my friends, if someone found other way just let me know. Good Luck everyone.

- if you start from the "Garden of the Moon", goes to the other side from the "Temple of Elune" to the stone road and turn right to the forest trail. Follow the path over a small bridge until you will reach the "Tangled Cleft" and goes left down, where you will see Shar'thos recumbent.
- if possible, don't stand in front of the dragon, because [spell=215821].
- if possible, don't stand behind the dragon, because [spell=215806].
- go out fast of [spell=215876].

This quest appears to have a completion bug of some sort. I submitted a bug report to blizzard after experiencing the following along with another guild friend:
1st kill -
I did not get world quest credit and received no loot.
Guild friend did not get world quest credit either, but did receive loot.2nd kill -
Neither of us received world quest credit or received any loot.3rd kill - NOTE: We were the ones to tag the boss to start the fight this time
I received world quest credit and loot.
Guild friend finally received world quest credit but did not receive loot.I can confirm that all my add-ons were updated before I logged in today and I did not have to disable them to finish the world quest. Nothing changed between our attempts except that we initiated the fight on the last attempt when we received world quest credit. I'm not sure if tagging the boss had anything to do with it, just included that note here in case others experience similar or can debunk it as a possibility.
