The Sleepless Legion is an Alliance-only quest for level 32-35 in Isle of Thunder. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
The Shan'ze are animating an army from the statues in the center of the isle, an army that batters our defenses day and night. Destroy any of the walking statues you see. Our defenders will greatly appreciate it.

I found an easy and fast way to do this quest is to go to 49.66 on map, and you´ll find some Shado-Pan Veteran Marksmen. The animated warriors keep coming there in a steady stream, so just gather them up and you´ll get help killing the warriors by the NPC's. Be warned though, they do a body slam for a good bit of damage, so make sure you´ne not standing in front of them, keep moving.
And keep your eyes open as well for the quest A Wing to Fly On since the [npc=94605] lands here occasionally.
There is also a group of NPCs who will kill the Animated Warriors for you at 41,54 but they're a bit more scattered. When I went by, one of them was stuck on a rock next to the Court of Bones, and when I clicked him, he ran around and ran back to the group.

Ignited by Jaina's fury, the Kirin Tor Offensive seek to seize Thunder Isle for the glory of the Alliance!
Reputation group: Mists of Pandaria.
Other quests in Isle of Thunder that reward Kirin Tor Offensive reputation: Old Enemies (+150), Bolstering the Defenses (+150), Ashes of the Enemy (+150), Soul Surrender (+150), Grave Circumstances (+150), Into the Crypts (+150).
Possession of the Lesser Charms of Good Fortune will result in great happiness and the eventual conversion into Warforged Seals, which allow players to risk a coin to receive a bonus reward from raid encounters.
