TheWoWDBBlizzard UI quest helper shows an incorrect area at the moment. The actual area you want to kill mobs for the bag is the top tier at Verlok Stand. Verlok Shroomtenders and Grubthumpers both drop it.
Edit: Okay, found a Shroomtender in the marked area. However, they seem very scarce, and the easiest way to complete the quest is still to head to Verlok Stand, as there is an abundance of the quest NPCs there.

Blizzard decided to try something new and for once quest items are not a random drop.
Only Verloks that actually possess and use this item against you will drop this item.
If you fly around in your mount, land next to one, and the Verlok aggroed does not break his vial in the first 5 seconds, don't bother killing him, the Verlok won't drop the item. This means you don't have to spend lots of time killing things that won't drop the item.
I've tested this theory for about 5 times now. It's been 100% drop thus far, I'm confident about this.
Over many days, various times, and all my 85 toons, I have found that the Verlok Shroomtender located @ 67,32 almost always drops the Bag of Verlok Miracle-Grow. He's on his own little outcropping of rock at the very edge, you can't miss him.

Description
The troggs did not disperse after you killed Glop. His servants recovered the growth agent that was left behind and continue to sow the seeds of corruption across the Crimson Expanse. Hunt them down and recover any of the remaining Verlock Miracle-Grow that you find. It must be disposed of.
