On a weird note, if you complete these thunderdrome quests as a shaman and the killing blow is by a totem, then Dr Dealwell will announce that your totem killed the enemy. The weird part is that he'll also give your totem a gender. As male goblin I got the announcement "The Ginormous has fallen! Searing totem looks like she's ready for more!"
Hell hath no fury like a searing totem scorned.
You need to finish the quests for Megs at the Dunemaul Compound before this and the next quest become available.
If you are Alliance, you need to complete the Kelsey Steelspark quest line up until and including You Too, Brute? in order to unlock the next and final fight.
