I'm putting this here in case other people are like me and forgot how too get to Gadgetzan. The town is located in Tanaris, on the Kalimdor continent of Azeroth. For alliance characters - go to the Mages Sanctum in Stormwind and take the portal to Caverns of Time. That will put you very close to where you need to be for the quest.
This quest is the first in a short series of 5 quests which unlocks access to the new Warbank feature and awards a Warband Distance Inhibitor, a new spell which enables mobile access to the warbank.
This quest and it's rewards are account wide and the quest disappears from your other characters on completion.
