You can get [item=183121] by using [spell=311682] near the glass inside of the cave.
When you return you'll have to complete 3 formations./way Bastion 55.40 42.04 Gatamatos

Currently the formation part of the quest is completely messed up, the Obedient Phalynx don't move into the correct locations to make any of the formations.
