TheWoWDBYou have to talk to the owl Albon the Watcher (60.39) to get the true sight buff. This will mark the ones that count towards the quest. The big problem is that the buff only lasts 90 seconds. It's hard to get al 8 in that time frame so you have to go back and get the buff again to finish. Really annoying!

This world quest is a big time waste. Not worth the time spent IMO. Some of the mobs are high-lighted red but don't count toward the quest and the ones that do count, do not appear very regularly. If someone else is doing the quest, it will take 20-25 minutes to complete if you are lucky. This needs to be fixed by having the required mobs spawn more regularly and not marking mobs that are not part of the quest.
Some but not all Verdant Bristlebruin and Verdant Gladehart count toward the quest. Its actually not that bad once you realize this.
