If for whatever reason your like me, and port out / go instance / whatever and get phased out from this quest, and come back and you cant restart it - never fear.
Head back to Dominance point, talk to the guy and ask to go to Dalaran again, and it will phase you back in.
(No need to ticket a gm for 48 hours only to feel like a fool)
"The guy" in this case is Ms Kromthar, standing besides the flight master up the small hill, she has the option to fly (port really) you back to Dalaran in its phased state, in case you are like us, and happen to leave the place for whatever reason.

As I suspected, it gets worse up ahead. The Silver Covenant is outright attacking innocent Sunreavers! This cannot stand. While our prime directive is to rescue Aethas Sunreaver, we must also protect as many blood elves as we can. I will continue to scout ahead. Fight well, {class}!
