Turn left and follow the mountain side and you'll see a narrow path cutting through the mountain northward, named Pinerock Basin. Go up this cut and there will be a small cave on the right with Arru inside. Just past the cave is Beastmaster Pao'lek, a hunter who wants to tame Arru. Speak with him to start the engagement.
