WANTED: Fathnyr

Start at Lorna's Watch flight point, next to Hrydshal, [37, 64].

If you have done some or all of the quest chain to free the dragons on Thorim's Peak:

1. 
   
2. Turn and speak to Vethir (the dragon)
3. 
   
4. Ask to go to the top of the Galebroken Path (this will be the first or second option, depending on how far you are along the quest chain)
5. 
   
6. You should land beside a broken bridge to your left. Walk to the end of it.
7. 
   
8. Use the Stormforged Grapple Launcher to cross. Looking up you will see Fathnyr's cave on the ledge.
9. 
   
10. Walk straight ahead to the big rock [45,82] you should be able to grapple up without pulling the mob next to the Legion dome.
11. 
    

If you haven't done the quest, then go to the West side of Hrydshal, around the outer wall, and take the grapple point from up on the big rock next to the western-most building. Follow the lit path up the mountain, using the grapple points to avoid the mobs until you reach the second broken bridge at the top of the Galebroken path.

There are 2 ways to get there.
Both of them require you to use Grapple point. Need to have [item=138111]

• Way 1 is to start from the tower at ~ 45.9, 72.0 (I'm showing this way in the video)

  • Way 2 will be available after you complete related part of the questchain.
    You will see a dragon near the flight point 45.0, 59.3 Cullen's Post.
    He has 3 options, select the first one.

I have logged in to type this because people are unable to give proper instructions/directions...

He is inside a small cave at 46.22, 82.74 at Thorim's Peak. You need to use the grapple launcher and it is two jumps off the ground. You can see the cave's mouth from the ground at 46.00, 81.21 (as an example) and you can grapple from there.
