Ok, since I came here looking for help finding him and the only posts are "I soloed him at..." I figured I would provide the following information:
Gutsmash is at the top of the tower at [16.3, 41.1]
I recommend you use your Call To Arms Garrison ability.Enjoy!
The garrison ability did not help at all. They got burned down by this guy in seconds. My level 91 shadow priest had NO hope of defeating him. He hits HARD. Very hard to cast spells when you are only about 56k hp and he hits me for around 15k a shot even with my pw:shield ability up.
