I'm personally wondering why this connection quest only takes you to borean tundra and there is no equivalent that takes you to howling fjord.
I personally prefer to play in howling fjord so I specifically went to undercity thinking there would be an alternative.
no such luck.
blizzard seem to be prejudiced against howling fjord?

"Wazup Garrosh, Garrosh send me to help ya..."
There's no quest to take you to Howling Fjord because that's where they are preparing the plague that killed so many at the Wrathgate. Garrosh knows this (circular time while levelling ahoy), so he's hardly going to send you out there to help them :P
Edit: I mean they even tell you they've developed a plague that will kill the living, the dead, and the scourge.
