TheWoWDBI couldn't help but notice that abominations must have backwards anatomy. You connect the bile conduit to its left side and the enzyme conduit to its right side. Implying that the liver and pancreas are in an opposite configuration. Neat.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
If, for whatever reason, you're as efficient as me and try to do this quest while you're also doing your Necrolord campaign quests in this area, you will not be able to see the "Operational Schematics" and check them, which is necessary to continue the quest. Really annoying if you ask me, as your campaign quests in the House of Constructs has you complete them at the very opposite side of that area, meaning you have to walk allll the way back to the stupid schematics afterwards.
For those who dont get the quest, you must accept and complete the quest giver next to him and quest called Skin in the Game before this one shows up

Description
We are in luck! Surgeon Stitchflesh and his assistant have not returned from Bastion. The entire Stitchyard is lightly guarded. We must work fast. See if you can get the equipment operational. Once it is active, we can begin the construction process.
