If you're looking for the quest turn-in, it's on a wagon on the sw corner of the farm. It did not show correctly on my mini-map and was not easily seen. After the turn-in, part I (planting) becomes available again.
Since it appears you only get 20G and 400 rep for completing this, if you don't need the Klaxxi rep, I'd skip this. (Unless you want to sell your 40 pumpkins for 20G.)
