This Bonus Objective ONLY popped up for me after I turned in the quest Isolating Zalamar and How to Be a Blood Troll to [npc=127391] in Zalamar. The Bonus Objective then popped up and he then offered the quests Poisoning the Brood and Mark of the Bat
