That aside, this rare is broken. Technically he's relatively weak compared to other rares in BfA in terms of health and so on. He melee'd my 120 (299ilvl) unholy DK for about 2k damage per hit. His arc lightning hit for about 6k, and electrified scales can be annoying with - especially if you have pets.

But conductive blades is the real issue. This first hits (when cast) for 2.5k, but then you will repeated be hit over and again for 6k each time, which can drop you from full health to dead in seconds. According to the spell description, you are supposed to be hit each second, but I've seen it fire off much faster than this, with 3-4 hits per second at times. Not sure if this is due to poor design (maybe several blades landing in close proximity triggering independently) or a glitch in the timing, but it's something you should watch out for when fighting him.

I did kill the bastard in the end, but only after two deaths - first instantly, due to the above glitch/poor design I mentioned the second trying to figure out WTF happened the first time, and when I did beat him, it was only by a sliver of health. Bare in mind I was soloing in DPS, so a tank spec might have it easier.
