Warbringer Hozzik rare is located in Vol'dun Temple Incursion subzone on Zandalar isle.
He is located on the right side of the road from Terrace of the Devoted to the Slithering Gulch.

The game data tunes Warbringer Hozzik for levels 30 to 60, Battle for Azeroth content.
