Patch 7.3.5 changed the Loremaster achievements from requiring the completion of a certain number of quests to requiring the completion of specific storylines. With this change, Alliance players can skip everything at the Fizzcrank Airstrip quest hub. The Blue Dragonflight part of this achievement can be earned by completing the quest line that starts with Keristrasza (check your bag for Augmented Arcane Prison) and ends with Springing the Trap.
