In-game quest says to meet Auralia Steelstrike in Dunelle's Kindness, however if you can't find her you may be able to find her in Mereldar where the quest was started (Possibly depending on your quest progress of other quests)
Make sure to take the quests Regular Fiber and Does Anyone Like Wasps at the same time because they all take place in the same area.
If you take this quest on its own and complete it, you will encounter a Blizzard bug that sends you to the wrong turn-in location (hence Catself's comment above getting so many upvotes; all those people were sold a dummy)

Description
I'll gather a selection of our major trade goods before we head out for the meet up, but I could use some help in gathering some additional items. Lately we've been struggling with collecting the best bat meat in Hallowfall. Could you gather some before you come to Dunelle's Kindness?
