I wondered why the spirit I summoned at the quest marker stood there, then disappeared. Summoned it four times. Turns out the cave is right beneath the quest marker and once you jump down the quest is completed. Oops!

I disconnected the first time I dropped in to the Maw and now when I re-enter, the auto-quest doesn't pop up for me (and I don't have it). Since I don't have the quest - I can't continue. I've submitted both a bug issue and a ticket and the Blizzard response is basically 'go to Wowhead and figure it out' and now my ticket response time is 10 days, 17 hours. I've gone back to Oribos but since I completed the quest to go to the Maw, there's nothing for me to abandon and retry. Very frustrating! Any suggestions? Thanks!

What to do
Description
<The amulet burns hot in your hand. The magic that runs through it tugs slightly at your grip. Perhaps the enchantment spoken of by Bolvar can now be used to find Mograine.>
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Hunt for the Baron
<The amulet Bolvar gave you flickers with a faint red light, then grows dim. To be useful in finding Darion Mograine, you must find a way to restore its potency. You recall an area called Zovaal's Cauldron that was teeming with dark magic. Perhaps the amulet's power could be restored there.>
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Brand Holds the Key
<Darion is unresponsive. The cage is locked, and doesn't appear easily broken. Perhaps the holder of the key is this "Brand" he mentioned.>
