TheWoWDBRan into a bug where I killed Deslan and credit was "given" however the quest wasn't completed. There was no text under the quest name in my log, no instructions or greyed text. Deslan even respawned and we fought again. Had to abandon and pick the quest back up. No issues the 2nd time.

Absolutely NOT a pushover. However, if you do happen to die, don't take the shortest route back when you're looking at the map. You'll be continually accosted then reach a bridge with 4 or 6 elites on it that you'll wind up taking at least 2 at a time. Take the long way around, across the 2 bridges. It will be clear when you look at the map. On the last bridge there's a patrolling elite I was able to take. At the end of the bridge there are 2 more elites. As soon as I agro'd them I hit Divine Steed (ret pally here). If you have some other similar mechanism, the two elites will go back to where they were, just don't stop running. I believe this is the same route you took when the cartel member was shielding you. Holy crap. Where's the Tylenol.
This happened to me a couple times in a row. I think the issue was killing the add waves for other people's quests rather than my own spawned waves - be sure to kill YOUR waves.
