Here is demo of world quest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GaKyGJENtzsHint: enable Friendly NPC nameplates Shift v and search only for green npc names. This is the fastest way i could find. This quest will still take 5+ minutes to complete, but at least you don't have to search every object and npc. Video from above shows that it is easy to find npc with nameplates even in the buildings
