On Live, 2/26: The quest is bugged for me. If I click an Injured Peon, it says BANDAGING but does not give me any credit. I have tried everything I can, logging, going back to Quel, taking the BORROWED PORTAL, etc. Nothing works. There's not enough debris on the ground for me to hit 100%. I have abandoned the quest twice - no fix
Selecting "I don't want to be here either, Nadura. <Leave Hammerfall>" puts you in the BFA phase of Arathi Highlands. Talking to Nadura again will put you back in the Midnight quest phase.

Description
{name}, residents of Hammerfall have been focused on daily life, defense, and survival over the past months. They have not had sufficient time, or frankly numbers, to address all the harms that were done. There is much we can do to help them get back on their feet. I know this is humble work, but it makes a very real difference to the orcs who live here.
Where to go
