The quest Drust in Time wasn't available after I did the other breadcrumb - A Letter to the League.
Nowadays usually all breadcrumbs can be done - you just have turn in the first breadcrumb of many, and then run to the other quest giver to pick up the second breadcrumb. This is possible, if you didn't pick up the followup quests.
But not here, the guard was not offering the quest.

A researcher at the Resort up the hill was hoping to get a letter out to a group called the "Explorers' League". He claims that they have a camp set up near some old Drust ruins on the other side of the sound. There's no official station so it will have to be delivered by hand. If you happen to head in that direction, can you take it with you?
