TheWoWDBNot sure if this is a bug or not, but as a skinner, using the quest item to skin the bear and then actually skinning the bear through the profession gives quest credit twice for me? Can anyone else replicate this?

You must skin the dead bears to recover the pelts for this quest.
Even if you are not a skinner, you can skin them with the Simple Skinning Knife provided.
Just right-click the knife with the bear corpse targeted.

Description
This lodge serves as the largest supplier of furs and leather to Boralus. <Kennings puffs out his chest a bit.> And as its proprietor, it is my duty to ensure every request is met on time. With recent delays, I've decided to take a trip out here to see if the Holtons need my assistance. We could use any available hands! Take this knife and bring back some pelts from the bears in the nearby pass.
