This quest is available after completing the Oh Sheepie... quest from Chee Chee, one of the few hozen Tillers. Though the vengeance you take will never return sweet Sheepie, the revenge you seek is a bloodthirsty way to gain reputation with Chee Chee. Krungko Firelicker will spawn after using the Old Sheep Skin anywhere in the Skyrange area.
