• Speak with [npc=101513] and choose the specialization/artifact you would like to obtain:

Thank you. Most upvotable ! Your post clearly said which weapon was bound to which specialisation. As returning BFA-ers checking out the other expansions, it is not clear that not only is a weapon bound to a specialisation AND will force a spec change, but it will be some time before one can change specs. It does help to do one's research. BTW I am most pleased to meet Tess. One of several women in strong leading roles.

Description
For quite some time, we've been looking for someone who can operate outside these halls. {name}, you are the answer to that search. You will be the blade in the dark that vanquishes our foes. In order to do so, you require weapons capable of striking down the Legion's best. Greymane, Tethys, and Valeera each have devised plans to obtain weapons worthy of the tasks to come. I suggest you hear each out before proceeding.
