This was so far down the list on my tracked quest list that I didn't see it to 'click to complete.' I shift-clicked all the other tracked quests until this one floated to the top so I could click it out of my quest log. What led me astray for a bit was the map in the quest log was showing Dorn as the turn in point for this one, so I thought I could go there, but no.

I have been unable to turn this in for the rewards. My quest log shows I have received the utility curio, but does not show I have equipped it. However, my companion equipment list does show the curio has been equipped. Also, Wowhead tracking shows I have completed this quest on this character.
The game master was no help in his response to my ticket:
"Customer Support does not provide game hints or restore items, currencies, or progress lost due to bugs."
I would be most grateful for suggestions on what I can do next.
