Just tested this now, you can also loot the Anima Embers for this quest inside the Twisting Corridors. Useful if you get this calling after already completing both layer 8 of the main Torghast wings for your Soul Ash, and still need to progress in the Twisting Corridors! (like me this week)

Description
Revendreth is not a place that many souls choose to go, but it is a place that they must go. Here, their sins are laid bare before them, and they are broken and re-formed to function in our society. This is a necessary part of the cycle. Yet now, the cycle is broken, and are unable to serve our great purpose. In order for us to do our work we require Anima. Travel to Torghast, Maw Walker, gather that which we can not. Without it, we wither and fade.
