Here is how to do the Echoes;
Emerald Dragonshire:
You need to follow the ''moonlight'', and kill the mobs within it, which will then spawn another moonlight. You do 4 in all, before being able to acquire the Echoe of Tyrande boss, who has 756k HP.
Azure Dragonshire:
You need to collect 16 fragments from the area (cogs appear when you hover over the rock looking objects)
After which you collect the 16 fragments, this will unlock Echoe of Jaina, and thus complete this task for the dungeon.

Could someone please fill me in on HOW to go about collecting these "echoes" and what I can basically expect? I have NEVER done this quest before. Very confusing and unappealing due to the lack of detail in the quest.VERY disappointing!

Description
From what I understand, you intend to avoid this future. If this is true, then we must archive data from this timestrand before it is lost to us. We believe that the most interesting and valuable elements of this future are the powerful "echoes" that roam the dragonshrines. Take this vessel with you as you silence these echoes. A portion of their energies will be archived within the bronze dragonflight's depository.
