TheWoWDBDoing this at level 120, after one-shotting Murozond, the dungeon seemed to bug and Nozdormu didn't appear at the end. A yellow question mark was visible on the map but outside the available area. The teleporter device also did not work at all. Relogging didn't fix this, but hearthing out and returning to the dungeon through the Caverns of Time entrance worked - Nozdormu was at the beginning for the quest hand-in.

Description
If we are to destroy Deathwing, we will need the power of the Dragon Soul. To obtain the Dragon Soul, I would have to take you back to the Sundering, ten thousand years in the past... but that time passage is blocked to me. The creature that blocks us from accessing this time passage is named Murozond. He must be slain, here, in this twisted future, before we can continue our plot to unmake Deathwing. This is why you were brought here, {name}.
