Maybe i am in the minority here but i find these eco-dome quests incredibly boring. Why are any of these marked as main quests?

When you threw the ball the first time, you can mount to make chasing/bouncing easier. (probably with a small delay, otherwise the bouncing might not start correctly)

You have some control over the ball's bouncing direction by the direction your character is facing, which makes it easier to stay in place and not run through half the Oasis, over hills, and other obstacles.

Description

We need to ensure that the thorntail kits' reflexes are sharp so they are effective hunters when they grow up. Please take this ball and have a kit chase it. For scientific purposes, of course.

Your efforts in teaching the matriarch to hunt have been too effective, it seems. Several broker guards have been attacked recently. Since you caused this issue, I need you to solve it. Best the thorntail matriarch in a fight. The rest of the thorntails will back down once their leader is humbled.
