Argent Call: The Noxious Glade

Argent Call: The Noxious Glade is a quest for level 15-30 in Eastern Plaguelands. It is step 24 of 46 in the Eastern Plaguelands storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Eastern Plaguelands at 75.9, 52.0. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 5,150 experience and money.

Description

Browman's Mill, to the north, is infested with undead. The Noxious Glade, even farther to the north, is even more heavily infested. Despite their proximity to our chapel, we have been unable to completely remove them.

Vigilance is key. Travel into the Noxious Vale and slay as many undead as you can find... and the cultists that roam among them.

While there, make sure to avoid Garginox, the flesh giant that roams the vale. I suspect you are not strong enough to defeat him.

Legion pre-patch, [npc=11034] seems to be gone. Logging out/in and restarting my client didn't fix anything. Other players are reporting that he's gone for them as well. GM just told me to wait for an unknown update because they're "patching things"

EDIT: Currently bugged

SECOND EDIT: Still not fixed after "Patch 7.0.3 Hotfixes - July 20" where it was claimed to be fixed - the quest before Noxious Glade was fixed in this update, thank you SashaNekosune for pointing this out to me

THIRD EDIT: Blizzard is aware that Noxious Glade is still bugged. This quest was not previously fixed in July 20th's update, I made a mistake in reading the patch notes when I tweeted and made my second edit.

FINAL EDIT: FIXED

The quest text says to return to Light's Hope Chapel if either of the companions is slain (I accidentally got whacked by Garginox), but returning to LHC only gives me back one of the two (the dwarf). I even went all the way into the chapel itself, and none of the NPCs had an option to resurrect or otherwise bring back the other. I talked to every NPC I could find :/

Any ideas?

Where to go

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Argent Call: The Trial of the CryptEastern Plaguelands · Level 15-30

Behind our chapel, you will find a small crypt. Interred within are the bodies of our fallen heroes; those who gave their lives in the war against the Scourge. Their spirits are at peace, but they return intermittently to test new members of the order. The three of you may test together.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Brotherhood of LightEastern Plaguelands · Level 15-30

The Brotherhood of Light has a history of brash, thoughtless decisions. They bridged a gap between the Scarlet Crusade and the Argent Dawn. They were among the first to plunge into Northrend, while many of us lingered behind. However, they also have a history of getting results, which I respect.
