When there, shoot at the canon like things on the ground to stop them from firing back.
The blast "stuns" the canons, so you do not take damage.Very easy Quest, if you fail the first time and get 3/4, doing it once more will mean you will get 4/4 on the first drop off.
So, you can get 1 drop off from before you get hit , fail, and do this 4 times for the quest.

Make sure there are infiltrators in the plane before you go. I did a run and noticed there were none in the plane so I had to do it again. And today I noticed the plane was empty before I jumped in. Must be bugged. Just jump out and wait for it respawn.
The airplane you get into is at 59.6, 46.0. (Just east of where you pick the quest up).

Description
Alright scrub, I've got something to keep you from being a complete waste. A unit of highly trained infiltrators is ready to be dropped inside of Ymirheim. The vrykul inside have automated spear guns that have been ripping our transports to shreds, so we had the engineers on Orgrim's Hammer whip us up a suppression turret. You're the gunner. Launch rounds at their spear guns to obscure their vision and clog their gears. See to it that my men all make their drops and the transport stays in one piece.
