Note: you dont have to wait to land before choosing a new jump spot, makes getting up extremely fast and fun :D

NPC is located at 52.1, 58.1

All you have to do is mount the robot and go mountain climbing up the mountain...when you get to the very top, you will see bones there...just plant the horde flag and quest is complete.
