I found them patting with 2 other mobs near The Cursed Landing. They also pop up in the unearthed watcher event as well, that was where I snagged most of the ones I needed.
The mob is called Amathet Sun Priest (not the Acolytes). If you do the Unearthed Watcher event at 82.35, 48.24 it will spawn waves of mobs that includes the priests, but as soon as you finish off the watcher the mobs will despawn, so kill the priests first.

Description
The Sun Priests are an ancient order for the tol'vir who have walked among all of the tribes. Those that follow the Amathet, however, have twisted our beliefs and weaponized them to justify their crusade against Ramkahen. Their soldiers follow them blindly, never questioning. They must be stopped.
