TheWoWDBI want to point out just like the mantid hatcheries the objective in these can be done by rogues and druids with out breaking your stealth, so you can effectively cleanse these with out engaging with the mobs around them. Coincidentally it also means you can steal these out from under other players noses, so if you ever have one of these blow up in your face with out activating it while fighting the mobs it means your local jackass stealther is near by you.

Description
Every moment that N'Zoth's forces remain in Uldum, his corruption seeps further into the land itself. Even if we were to drive back his minions, the damage he has done to Uldum may be irreversible. We must seek out his corruption where it festers and eliminate it.
