Boots on the Ground is a quest for level 10-80 in Emerald Dream. It rewards 1 reward item.
Just who I wanted to see.
I have a requisition script for items of leather from some of the denizens of the Dream. Shoes, of course. Bipeds tend to go through them like a bird through the forest, yes?
Once you have acquired them, please take them to Cylania.

I must be clueless, but I have no idea how to do this quest.
If your quest description says "Complete the events of Enter the Dream", then before you can turn it in, you need to complete this chain of quests: Enter the Dream.
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
