That's the middle of a spiral on the ground, around which are Enraged Velvet Lashers.
If not, hang on a minute. Someone may have just gone through the area before you. I see five.There should also be a few Voluptuous Vines, for Fluffy Filler Retrieval.
That's the other quest, that you should have got from Thaalean. I see three.There is a similar spiral to the east. The ground between them, and slightly to the north, also has several lashers and vines.
"Feed two birds with one seed" deserves to be the new version of that other, more violent idiom.

Description
I am unable to rest! I have spent all my energy in battle, but there is too much noise and the ground is too hard for me to sleep... I know! It pains me to ask this, but I need to rest so I can go back out and fight. Could you feed two birds with one seed for me? Take out the enraged lashers and retrieve their leaves so I can make a blanket to rest on.
