When you click on the orb, if Aetherion isn't already floating above the orb, he is summoned into the world above the orb. The spirits (wisps) of the 4 night elves that you have rescued in the quest before this along with Yalda's spirit appears around him.
Aetherion yells: YOU DARE? TODAY WILL SEE THE END OF LOR'DANEL, MALFURION, AND YOU!
Yalda's Spirit yells: No, Aetherion, we will not allow that to happen!
Aetherion yells: WHAT IS THIS? YALDA? AHAHAHAHAHA, THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU OR THESE OTHER SPIRITS CAN DO TO STOP ME!
Yalda's Spirit yells: We shall see. Let us weaken him, my friends!
Aetherion yells: EVEN IN THIS WEAKENED FORM, I WILL DESTROY YOU!
The 5 wisps detonate on Aetherion (325 hp) and transforms him into Weakened Aetherion (650 hp, yes don't ask me why that is more hp than his unweakened form) and he lands on the docks. He doesn't yell anymore after that as you kill him.

When the quests's event script isn't active, Aetherion sometimes yells random stuff:
Aetherion yells: YOU MORTALS ARE MADE OF THE STUFF OF THE ELEMENTS. HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY HOPE TO PREVAIL? PREPARE TO RETURN TO YOUR TRUER, MORE BASIC NATURES!
Aetherion yells: THERE IS BUT ONE OUTCOME POSSIBLE. THE CATACLYSM WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING. THE WORLD AS YOU KNOW IT IS AT AN END
Aetherion yells: I HAVE ALMOST ARRIVED. TWILIGHT'S HAMMER, DO NOT RUSH THE SUMMONING OR I WILL DESTROY YOU AS WELL!
Aetherion yells: MALFURION, CAN YOU HEAR ME? WHEN I HAVE DESTROYED THE CHILDREN OF ELUNE, I WILL COME AND PUT AN END TO YOU!
Aetherion yells: PATIENCE! THE RITUAL TO BRING ME INTO THIS WORLD IS COMPLEX AND MUST NOT BE RUSHED!
