Take the portal from Dalaran to Thunder Bluff, see Jana Winterhoof, then go back to the cave you zoned into Thunder Bluff and use the portal to Outlands. Then take the portal to Orgrimmar. Then take the portal Dalaran again, use the Undercity portal(it takes you to the Magic Quarter) go to the Apothecarium, right across the bridge is the wooden ramp to Emmara Marie. Go back to the Magic Quarter, take the portal to Outlands, then the portal to Orgrimmar. Now take the portal to Blasted Lands,take the flight path to Booty Bay and see Tryks Pourtrue. Hearth back to Dalaran and turn in the quest!
Note: All NPC's show up on your map. Just go into the building, or room where the dot is.
[npc=96368] can be found in The Apothecarium in Undercity.

Description
It will take the cooperation of several highly skilled sorts to calibrate these burettes for a variety of substances. Chemist Emmara is an old friend from the Undercity who has helped me with similar endeavors. Thunder Bluff smells like a barn to me, but Jana Winterhoof is an alchemist with exacting standards. And while I'd never travel to Booty Bay without a lock on my wallet, Tryks Pourtrue has proven reliable and fair.
