Description

I would be neglecting my responsibility if I abandoned my post just now, with so many elementals out of control in the ruins.

Let us deal with them first, before we see how we can aid Malfurion. What do you say, small one?

For people like me who run specifically to this quest (I wanted the staff reward for a low-level transmog) you'll probably find that Selenn doesn't offer you anything. To unlock this quest simply run north up to Malfurion Stormrage (at the base of the tornado) and he offers the prerequisite quest "Protector of Ameth'Aran". That quest requires you to speak with Selenn, and after turning it in, "Calming the Earth" becomes available :)
