the raft just disappears as soon as i get there. can't start the quest.

edit: myself and one other person came to the conclusion that we have Catalog world quests unlocked via boosting a level 70 character and not having the achievement Ready, Aim, Catalog!

So I went ahead and started the quest chain and had “Picture Perfect” quest in my log and relogged at the raft and spam clicked before it disappeared. This worked for 2 of us to get Chen Stormstout credit.

The raft phases out because it is the same one in the questline. To make it appear, you need to get the achievement ‘Ready, Aim, Catalog’ first.

If you have not got this achievement before the WQ shows up, one simple solution is: 1. create a Class Trail character 2. go to Valdraken 3. start the quest line from Doc Nanners (near the Auction House).

If you just need the picture of Chen Stormsout, you just need to finish the questline and you don’t have to wait for the WQ.
