Don't agonize over which color mount to pick. After completing the quest, the quest giver, Treysh becomes a vendor who sells each of the 4 mounts offered in the quest. additionally they offer 4 additional mounts for a total of 8 available mounts.

Seems they fixed and added a soft bonus. If like me you dumbly didn't realize that you were choosing the faction while creating your Evoker (Thought it would be like Pandas and choice at the end), you'll still be able to complete. I had bought all ten mounts so when completing with my new Evoker was able to complete quest and got 150G gray item [item=201724] instead of the free mount.

Description

Evoker! This place still has herds of vorquin! I managed to round a few up that could be used as mounts for when your wings are tired. Remember how to ride? This one is to be issued to you as the scalecommanders are ordering you all over the place. Please take good care of it.

  • Stormsunder CraterThe Forbidden Reach · Level 10-60

Dervishian's report is troubling. An enemy force calling themselves the Primalists have invaded Stormsunder Crater, pinning the Ebon Scales down at the Siege Creche. These intruders are summoning violent elementals and recruiting the vicious tarasek to their cause.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The PrimalistsThe Forbidden Reach · Level 10-60

My memories are still clouded from stasis, but I am certain we have encountered these Primalists before. <Dervishian grits her fangs.> It is no use. Trying to remember feels like chasing fragments of a dream. Perhaps you can fare better.
